Bags of Fun
Royce, his wife Tara, their daughters and the team are passionate about supporting the Bags of Fun program, a signature project through the Gabby Krause Foundation. Gabby Krause was an amazing six-year-old who died in September 2004 after a courageous 19-month battle with brain cancer. The Gabby Krause Foundation was started because of Gabby’s special wish. Gabby had the original Bag of Fun filled with toys and fun activities when she was battling her brain cancer. The project of the foundation, Bags of Fun, was created in the spirit of Gabby’s original bag of toys and fun activities that kept her happy and silly during hours of chemotherapy and treatment. Her bag helped keep her busy and happy during long hospital visits. To the delight of other patients, she always shared her games and toys. It was Gabby’s wish that every child at the hospital could have their very own Bag of Fun. Royce, his family and our team aim to help spread her project into a movement of delivering a Bag of Fun to every sick child whose health and happiness is both compromised and threatened.
